I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash on August 22 after being a loyal member for more than a year.😡 I accidentally locked myself out of my car while using the vacuums. My keys, phone, and everything else were inside the vehicle. Since I had no phone, I went to the employees for help. I explained the situation and simply asked if they could call my husband for me or contact a company that could come unlock my car. I was not asking to take or use anyone’s personal phone—I only needed someone to make a quick call on my behalf. I was shocked when I was told they could not help me because of “company policy.” I asked another employee and received the same response :NO sorry”. I even questioned what kind of policy prevents employees from helping a customer by simply making a phone call in a situation like this. Eventually, I had to approach other customers who were washing their cars and ask a stranger for help. Thankfully, someone was kind enough to make the call for me, and I was able to get a company to come unlock my vehicle. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of basic customer care. I had an excellent experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently from the moment I arrived. They paid close attention to detail, and my car looked spotless inside and out when they were finished. The windows were streak-free, the tires had a great shine, and even the hard-to-reach areas were cleaned thoroughly. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire process was quick without sacrificing quality. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service and great results!

My first time at this place and my last one. I asked about a wash including tire shine and wax. I paid $24 and they already knew that the tire shone is not working. The wash itself left a lot of areas with dirt, I would rate that mediocre. No idea if there is wax on it, doesn’t feel like it. I could have paid only half which would be what this service was worth. In my opinion, selling a service which you know is not working for full price is a scam. At least on one side half the tires have some shine on it. I was told to come back another day, tire shine will probably work then.

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Car Wash thanks to Nash! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, made the whole process quick and easy, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It's clear he takes pride in his work and values customer service. Employees like Nash are the reason people come back. If you stop by Take 5, I hope you get the chance to work with him, you won't be disappointed!

Jose was so helpful in helping me pick out which membership to go with. He’s always so friendly and kind when I come through. This is by far my favorite spot to go, you can tell they really care about keeping up with the quality and making their customers happy. I appreciate you guys!
